Social Networks Default Post Image Source

    Hello and good day.

    If I set Default Post Image Source as Featured Image under AIO SEO -> Social Networks,
    and set the actual post or page Image Source to “Default Image Source Set In Social Networks)”, will it use the Featured Image as defined in Social Networks?

    Or do I need to change all the post/page Image Sources to Featured image directly and manually?

    Hi @rayeason,

    If you’ve set the Default Post Image Source as Featured Image under All in One SEO > Social Networks, and the Image Source inside AIOSEO Settings for a Post or Page is set to “Default Image Source (Set In Social Networks)”, then the Featured Image for that Post will be used for OpenGraph tag.

    So you don’t need to change all the Post/Page Image Sources to Featured image manually.

    I’m unable to find this option in a latest version of a plugin. Is this feature (to set default image source for posts) available only in paid plans now or am I missing something?

    For me it shows only option to set a fallback image for facebook.
