• Problem: On some of the posts that I’ve previously shared to Facebook and Google+, the social networks aren’t showing the image anymore (but they originally did). With other previously-shared posts, the image is showing.

    Notes:
    1) The Facebook Debugger tool is able to grab the image, and the “og:image” meta tag is in place.

    2) Although the social networks aren’t showing the image on a particular post that I’ve previously shared, they successfully grab the image on that same post when it’s shared anew.

    3) The meta tags are added via Yoast’s WordPress SEO plugin.

    4) I serve my images through a CDN (which goes through the WPSuperCache plugin).

    Things I’ve Tried:

    1) I removed the hotlink protection from my .htaccess file, thinking that perhaps it was configured incorrectly and preventing social networks from grabbing the images. No change.

    2) I disabled WPSuperCache (and thereby the CDN too). No change.

    3) I manually added the “og:image” tag to header.php. No change.

My Facebook and Google+ pages, where you’ll see that only some of the images show up:

    Help! Thanks! ??
