• We bought JetPack only because of the social plugin so it automatically posts our articles on Facebook and Twitter. Last month it started acting weird, posting some nonsense to FB, we wrote them and didn’t reply in three weeks. Now it stopped completely posting on FB. It is paid plugin with barely existing customer service.

    I’m sorry for the difficulty that you are having with Jetpack Social. The issue that you are describing definitely shouldn’t be happening.

    I couldn’t find the support ticket that you reference. Would you please submit a new ticket referencing this thread so that we can look into this? You can do so via this contact form.

    Also, please include the ticket number or email that you used for your previous inquiry so that we can look into this more.
