The quality of a plugin is very connected to the support offered by the developer behind it. To that end I want to acknowledge Dev Pup’s Mihai Iova who provided extraordinary assistance to solve a strange and unusual problem we had not with the plugin itself, but more of how Bit.ly interacted. Having not run into the issue previously, Mihai worked diligently over several weeks to identify the cause (which was related to the volume of content on our site, as well as Bit.ly’s rate limits) and even wrote a Plugin for the sole purpose of helping us monitor the solution. This level of assistance is unusual and highly commendable, and as a result I highly recommend Dev Pups and their products, including Social Pug.
