Social Share Buttons Link Issue

    Within my single posts I have inserted a reusable block of the social share icons which I have crafted. The first post I created works fine because it shares that particular post; however, each subsequent post I create (with the same reusable block) links to the first article instead of the current post.

    In other words, the reusable share block is not fetching the respective URL of the page to which it was inserted.

    For Facebook, I have already tested clearing the cache, as well as implementing open graph tags. No success.
