Social share buttons/icons

    I am using the Virtue 2.6.1, the free theme.

    I want to add buttons/icons for sharing my posts/images from the website to the visitors social media profiles (like tweet, share (for facebook), pin it and similar).
    But I only find the icons that I need to add a link to my pages on the social media.
    Can you tell be how can I do that and If I need to use the existing icons/buttons, what links should I write for each of them?
