Why does your lightbox only allow sharing to Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest? Instagram has billion+ users as opposed to Pinterests 335+ million. Why would you be defaulting to a less used channel?

And why don’t you allow site owners to choose which channels are offered, there are 150+ social channels available, do you not think it likely that someone will want to share an image to somewhere other than Facebook, Twitter or Pinterest?

  • Hello @zactoff,

That feature is available in our Pro version. Unfortunately, www.ads-software.com doesn’t allow us to address pro support questions here in the free forum. We can only address NextGEN Gallery [Free] questions only.

We do understand your concerns; please feel free to share those using this form: https://www.imagely.com/feature-voting/ in that way, we can provide that feedback to the developers.

Because we need to work with you on this through our ticket platform, I am going to mark this thread resolved.

I pay for nextgen plus, are you saying this is available in pro but not plus?

NextGen Gallery doesn’t have a social share feature and here we are providing help for NextGen Gallery only. We are kindly asking you to submit a support ticket in case that you have any other Plus or Pro questions ( excepting those that were already replied ) using this form: https://www.imagely.com/support/

    Thanks
