Social share counts no longer appear

  • I don’t know what the cause of the problem is, it may well be nothing to do with this plugin – but can you think of any setting that I may have activated to prevent the social share counts from displaying? Is there anything in the firewall?

    My site’s gone through lots of changes lately so I can’t pin down the cause. Even a suggestion that’s remotely possible would be a help…

    Hi donmcleman it sounds like a cache issue but to tell you the truth since you don’t know exactly what is causing this problem; I would disable all plugins and start testing one by one.

    Thanks for the input. I’ve disabled most of the plugins (not the security plugins) but I still haven’t traced the problem. But caching does make sense, I’ll look at that again.
