I want my Twitter shares to show an image and description as well but to my understanding Shareaholic doesn’t support that. That’s why I wanted to use Yoast’s social options. Though, I don’t know whether Yoast can override Shareholic’s options.

Hi Ruby,

I can’t really speak for Yoast however if you want to turn off the social sharing buttons in Shareaholic that can be done and you can still use our other features. You can do this in the Shareaholic app by unclicking the check box for share buttons in the different areas(post, page, index, category).
