Social share in story in front

  • Hello,

    I’m a french developer and i use your plugin for the development of a website.

    I need to insert social media sharing in the stories, alongside the content.

    For example, I use the “AddToAny” plugin and I added the shortcode in the file:
    /cool-timeline-pro/includes/shortcodes/story-timeline/layouts/content/story-compact-content.php

    At line 128 : $ctl_html .= do_shortcode(‘[addtoany]’).'</div></div>’;

    It works well but when I load a category by clicking on a filter, the stories generated do not load the content of the shortcode.

    Is there a place where I can modify the content of the stories that are loaded on click on a filter?

    Or maybe you have a simpler solution for viewing social media sharing?

  • Hi @anthonyantworks,

    You can directly use shortcode( [addtoany] ) inside story content, just select Full in Story Description option while generating Cool Timeline Shortcode.

    Social networks are displayed correctly by inserting the shortcode in the content of the story but it does not appear when I load stories with the filters.
