Social share not picking up image once posted

Thanks for using the Yoast SEO plugin. I assume this image is what you have defined in the plugin. I shared the page you referenced, and it fetches that image accurately. See screenshot.

It would be helpful if you could share a screenshot of what you are seeing when the page is shared from your end. You can use any image-sharing service like https://pasteboard.co/, https://snag.gy/, https://imgur.com/, https://snipboard.io/, or even upload the screenshot to your own website. Once you upload it to an image-sharing service, please share the link to the image here.

same here ! when i am going to share my post at fb the selecet image doesnt apears! Any thoughts?

This issues is happenign on posts, pages and events. I ma using the Avada theme with lates verionof WordPress and Yoast

Thanks for reaching out about your Facebook image preview. The issue isn’t related to the Yoast SEO plugin but peculiar to Facebook.

There’s currently a popular issue where Facebook is unable to fetch the og:image, thereby reporting Unknown Image Error. You can read more in the Facebook Developer Community Forum. Please be on the lookout for when the issue will be resolved.
