Social sharing count not working

Hi, thank you for your amazing plugin! I’ve been using it for a while now and it’s super useful.
Suddenly the sharing count stopped working, I’m not getting the count number anymore. My website is rinoadiary.it, you can see the plugin running in any of the articles (standard and floating interface).
Can you help? Thank you!
