Social sharing includes date, author, category etc

This requires a PHP code customization in some file of the theme. If you are able to handle the PHP customization please go to your Dashboard >> Appearance >> Theme Editor >> Inc >> template-tags.php and remove the code. Please look at the screenshot for your convenience:

The solution you gave removes author name and date from the website.
I want them to stay on website, but not when we share on Facebook.

For Example, take a look at this post: https://bdnews24.com/bangladesh/2020/02/05/hasina-reaches-italy-on-four-day-official-visit
It hast title, author name, published date and even updated date. But when I share this post on Facebook, Facebook doesn’t fetch them.

Let me know how can I do this. I tried several plugin. Yoast SEO and other plugins related Facebook graph.

Plugin works! I forgot to Scrape from Sharing Debugger after installing a plugin.

For Vmag users, if you face social sharing problem, you can use any kind of open graph plugin or SEO plugin. Just remember to scrape from sharing debugger. Otherwise Facebook will show you when and how they last scraped the URL.
