  • You may have a plugin, function or change to your reader mode templates causing the issue.

Have you tried adding the shortcode [addtoany] to your reader mode templates? You can find instructions on shortcodes here. Other than that you can troubleshoot via activating an alternate theme, enable the default reader mode templates or attempt disabling some of your active plugins.

If I use shortcodes the button appears in the post. But why it’s not appearing by default? If I have to use a shortcode in the template do I have to simply add the shortcode or what about be the code to add the shortcode in the template?

@mj00712 I’ve tested on some sites and don’t see any problem with the default setup using amp in reader mode, suggesting there could be an issue elsewhere on your site.

Have you tested with other plugins disabled, an alternative theme or using the default reader mode templates?

Jetpack related content after the post is causing the conflict.

Related Posts are AMP-compatibile in the latest version of Jetpack. Do you have the latest version?

Yes, I have the latest version. The related posts are amp compatible but it is only causing conflict with sharing buttons.

Given this appears to be a problem with Jetpack, I suggest opening an issue on the Jetpack GitHub project.

Can you recommend any other plugin or code for related posts?

and One of the buttons at the end still don’t display, it is invisible. If we click that space at the end where the button is supposed to be then it works but remains invisible.

No. Jetpack is what I recommend but there is apparently a bug with the Related Posts module in Reader mode. I suggest reaching out to Jetpack to get support.
