social.php not included in Ex Astris footer.php

    Hi,

    I downloaded version 1.04 of Ex Astris and couldn’t get the social menu to work. After comparing Stargazer’s (the parent theme) footer.php and ex Astris’ footer.php I noticed that the following line is missing. The social menu will not work without this line:

    <div class=”wrap”>
    <?php hybrid_get_menu( ‘social’ ); // Loads the menu/social.php template. ?>
    <p class=”credit”>
    …</p><!– .credit –>
    </div><!– .wrap –>

    It’s in the parent theme. To make the social menu work, you need to create the social links in the regular WordPress menu system. Then you assign it as the “social” menu for location.
