Soft 404 on admin-ajax

Im getting a Soft 404 on admin-ajax in Google Webmaster and cant seem to find a solution. My 404 page works fine but maybe I dont understand enough about this error.
Im using the WP eStore shop plugin, not sure if its related…Is this common with other people?
