SoftException in Application.cpp:630: Could not execute script

  • Hello Team,

    My server error log keeps logging this error SoftException in Application.cpp:630: Could not execute script …… Can you please help me why is that so. Also, permissions are all set correct so i don’t know why that is happening.

    I recommend contacting your web host to help you troubleshoot this issue. The error is not WordPress specific, as it can happen with other PHP apps. If your permissions are correct, your web host should be able to help you fix this issue.

    There’s either a change or issue with your PHP configuration or your web host has imposed some limit that’s being enforced on your site.

    Web hosting is bluehost and they are saying to contact local developer. i don’t know what to do.

    In that case, try asking on https://stackoverflow.com/ or else wait until someone else who may know how to fix this problem replies on this forum.

    Another option is to hire someone via https://jobs.wordpress.net/ or https://jetpack.pro/ to fix this issue.

    i tried hiring but there demands was 10x beyond my budget. lets see if someone replies here. i will try on stackoverflow as well. thanks

    I’m also with Bluehost and my error logs are also returning the same SoftException in Application.cpp:630:

    Decided to take a look at the logs as I was randomly getting a 524 status code and Cloudflare landing page

    hello xgstq .. i finally moved to vps hosting. and the error is gone.
