Software doesn’t tell us how to use it

In installed the plugin and rank a scan, as you can see from the url, it’s 100% and says i have 43 images that need to be resized. Then, there is no button that says “optimize now” so i have no idea how to get them to actually resize them. https://chandlertreeservice.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/Capture.jpg

Also whether i go to the bulk page, or the dashboard, it keeps scanning my site, and keeps saying it’s at 100%, but it keeps getting stuck at “1 second remaining” on the scan…so why isn’t it saying 99% done? Why is it getting stuck? So the “waiting for recheck to finish” button never unlocks.
