Software maintenance log / history

Since updates to WordPress core and plugins now happen only on the server, it’s easy to lose track of the software update history.

I’d love to see at least the date and time when I installed and/or updated WordPress and each of my plugins, because this would make it much easier to correlate them to problems.

Also, I manage blogs for other people and this can be helpful for tracking site maintenance.
