• The system itself is a bit clumsy and complicated but works fine. The support is inferior. I had trouble connecting my second (paid) license – support couldn’t and didn’t want to help. There is also an auto-renewal to paid licenses, if it happens you miss the timing, they will charge you fully with no chance to refund. not my company

    Support is terrible – you don’t seem to be able to help even with the most simple tasks!! Why destroy a good product??
