    2 questions:

    1 – How can I create a “sold” badge for sold out items on the product screen?
    1 – How can I reset a customers account? The recovery email isn’t coming through.

    Hey there!

    There are third party plugins that can help with creating a sold out badge for your products. I would recommend doing a Google search along the lines of “WooCommerce product labels plugin” or “WooCommerce badge plugin”.

    For the second question, it sounds like when customers try to reset their password, they are not receiving the email, correct? In the WooCommerce settings Email tab (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=email) could you please double check that the Reset Password email has been enabled?
