When someone clicks on the individual vendor link in the product which says “sold by xxx” it comes back to the shop page instead of goes to the Vendors page.

    Shop link: https://www.flock.coop/shop/

My Setting Permalinks is the same as the WC Vendors documentation.

I also opened a ticket direct to the WC Vendors 4 days ago but didnt receive any answer.

    Thank

  • Hi @viniciusaleixo,

This might be caused by a plugin or theme conflict. Kindly follow our guide to rule out possible plugin/theme conflicts – https://docs.wcvendors.com/docs/wc-vendors/troubleshooting/the-debugging-guide/.

Hi @noquest, I’m using DIVI which is the most popular WP theme that is totally integrated with Woocommerce, all the plugins is deactivated and I’m using only the WC Vendors at the moment.

    Hi @viniciusaleixo ,

Apologies for any inconvenience regarding our support channel, our team is currently checking what could be the cause of some tickets not being received by us.

Furthermore, thanks for letting us know that you’re using DIVI, you are correct and it should be working, but there are certain times that some themes, even though popular, do not follow the standards which is why I would still recommend testing the changing the theme part of the debugging guide and see if it would result differently than before.

Then to check for more possibilities, please ensure that you don’t have any duplicated pages related to the shop or vendors, if there are 2 or more than one page with the /vendor or /shop permalink, it could possibly cause such an issue.

Please feel free to let me know how this goes and I’ll be glad to help. Have a great day ahead!

Hello @mkesteban08 thanks for answering. I can’t use another theme, the client paid for the DIVI licence and they want to use that one. I’ve checked and there is only one page called shop.
If you need a can send to you the Woocommerce status.

    Hi @viniciusaleixo,

I understand that your client doesn’t want to use another theme, which is why we need to check if the conflict is coming from your theme so that you can communicate this with your theme developers.

Kindly let us know how this goes.
