“Sold by” still on Thank You Page even after I added suggested code

Please try the following code in your child theme’s functions.php file:

/* Remove sold by in cart view */
remove_filter( 'woocommerce_get_item_data', array( 'WCV_Vendor_Cart', 'sold_by' ), 10, 2 );
/* Remove from order item meta */
remove_action( 'woocommerce_add_order_item_meta', array('WCV_Vendor_Shop', 'add_vendor_to_order_item_meta'), 10, 2 );

Hi Anna, that didn’t work. I added it to my code snippets and did a new order, it still says Sold By: on the Thank You page. Is there a snippet specifically for Thank You page? It’s checkout-2/order-received in the url

Hi Anna, did you find code that specifically addresses the thank you page “sold by” tag?

Where did you put the remove action code? The second action should remove any trace of the information being stored with the order. The Thankyou page reads the order meta. So if it is still displaying the remove action hasn’t worked.

I found a bug which has been fixed and will be in the next round of updates. This should remove it from the Thank you page.
