Sold individually has become the default

    Hi – I have just uploaded over 700 products and found that woocmm has assigned ‘sold individually’ as default. I have been using woocomm for almost as long as woocmm has existed and I’ve never known this – normally the default is false.

    For the record I use WP Allimport to do this so it might be a plugin thing but I use the import plugin all the time and again, I’ve never known this.

    I guess I could use a plugin like Bulky to fix this but it still means unchecking ‘sold indviidually’ over 700 times (albeit not having to actually open every product)

    Anyone got any odea how this could have happened and how I can fix it easily?

    I understand that after you imported products to your site using the WP All Import plugin, the field Sold individually was checked by default, correct?

    Since this is a third-party plugin that we don’t provide support for based on our Support Policy, I recommend that you reach out to the developers of the plugin for further assistance. They will be better equipped to help you resolve any issues you’re experiencing with the plugin.

    Hi Xue – thanks for coming back to me.

    I regret not giving more details about allimport as it enabled you to do a nice big body swerve! My fault – what I should have said is that the settings in the import were for ‘sold individually’ set to ‘No’

    As all 700 products have ‘sold individually’ set to ‘Yes’ contrary to the setting in the plugin then my next step was to reach out to you guys to see if there was any reason why woocommerce would have ‘sold individually’ as ‘yes’ set as a default and if so, how I over-ride this.

    Hi Xue – I have figured it out.

    For some reason the code in the theme template had function_is_sold_individually set to true. I changed it to false and it’s all working
