Sold out and price

Hello, I want the title of the product and the price to be displayed. I already have that ready with the explanations given here in this link

But I want to show if the product is AVAILABLE or SOLD OUT.

Well actually I care more that it shows SOLD OUT OUT OF STOCK.

How can I do this?
