Sold out product

Hi there @oroszi! It’s possible that your active theme is overwriting the setting. Can you please try switching to a different theme and let us know if that makes a difference?

Good morning
Just switched to three different themes, and the result is the same. I checked again inventory settings and the “hide sold out product” is checked.
Any other suggestion?

In order to troubleshoot this further, please do the following:

• Share a copy of your system status report as found under **WooCommerce > System Status** – I’d like to check for possible conflicting plugins or template overrides.
• Share a screenshot of where exactly you’re toggling that setting – I just want to make sure we’re looking at the same page

Hi @oroszi,

Thanks for sending over that information for us. The “hide out of stock products” does not remove them from the site. It should take them out of the shop page and category archives.

If you visit the product directly it should still be visible. Looking at your site, I don’t see the Sábalo MI11 listed on the shop page.

If you need to hide it from being visited at the URL directly, you can edit the product and set the visibility to “private.” That would keep people from being able to visit the product at all.
