I created a test ticket and purchased one through the event page. The product purchase could be found in WooCommerce reports (sales by product). However, upon scan, the ticket could not be found and was not available in OpenTickets reports (Attendees). Please advise.

    Hey @schmidtjd,

This does sound like a strange issue. There was a similar issue a couple minor versions ago, which a patch was made for recently. First, can you make sure you at the latest version of OTCE (though I am sure you are already). After that try to scan the ticket again.

If it fails again, then this could be a different issue than before. Try going to OpenTickets -> System Status -> Tools, and click the button that says ‘Resynce order items to ticket table’ (the first button). This will take a moment to run. After it is done, try doing the scan/report again.

If that does not work, we will probably need to step this up to the next level. We will cross that bridge when we come to it.

Let me know if either suggestion solves the problem,

    loushou:

    1. We are running OTCE 2.1.1.
    2. Smartphone re-scan of ticket produced the following message, “Check-In FAILED! We could not find those reservations. Could not check them in.”
    3. Ran resync as suggested. Received the following:

      select id from wp_tvqe_posts where post_type = ‘shop_order’ and post_status in (“wc-completed”,”wc-on-hold”,”wc-processing”) limit 500 offset 0
      ORDER IDS:
      144
      ———–
      ORDER_ITEM_IDS:
      1
      ———–
      select count(order_id) from wp_tvqe_qsot_event_zone_to_order test where 1=1 and event_id = ‘135’ and ticket_type_id = ‘129’ and quantity = ‘1’ and order_id = ‘144’
      does not exist
      **RESULT: created

Smartphone re-scan of ticket produced the following message, “Check-In SUCCESSFUL.”
Ticket was logged to Attendees report.

    Thanks very much!
