Solid back up system for our site

We have been using Blogvault for a couple of years now. We had heard it was a good service, but what we got was much more than that. It backs up every day for the last 90 days, and if you screw something up, it rolls over a backup in minutes, and quite reliably. We use the staging site feature for any new features we want to add to the site and it rolls over speedily and easily. The activity log is useful, and we can update or uninstall plugins from the dashboard. We can update the theme from blogvault as well as update the WP version. All around backup system that lives up to its name.

EDIT: I forgot to mention the unbelievable customer service! Blogvault has never failed us and we will keep using their service probably forever. If you’ve ever been caught in “support ticket hell”, we suggest using blogvault, because support is fast, responsive, knowledgeable, very polite, and understanding.
