Solid plugin

    I don’t use this plugin for stores, instead we show local church locations of our denomination-clients. While we did need to purchase some addons to both import our lists and tweak the displays, this is a solid plugin without the addons. Great display, nice controls for maps and the amount and types of info displayed.

    Four stars instead of five because I think after purchasing addons support requests should be answered within 2-3 days, but sometimes it has taken longer than that.

    Thank you for the kind words. The SLP support team endeavors to answer the forum questions quickly, normally within 2-3 days. When the developer was on vacation with his family this summer, and updating to a new version release that improved the functionality, speed and back-end development, it absorbed a lot of his time. The support team needed to ask for Plugin Environment information from the posts before answering some of the forum questions. Due to the rapid version releases and changing environment, it was something the developer requested in order for his technical answers to be accurate.
    We have improved on the turn around time now that the versions have been updated to 4.3.

    I know you guys are doing what you can, and that things have gotten better than when Lance was trying to do everything. ??
