Solid Plugin, Couple Suggestions

We’ve done some prelim tests with it. Pretty cool plugin, especially the functionality that comes with the free version. Kudos to the author for quality work. Only complaint we have (and this might be only relative to the type of site we manage) is that having to handle the messages through the admin panel is a bit inconvenient. Would be awesome if a front end pop up appeared for agents only, so the agent can be on the front end of the site and chat at that same time.
