    Hello Solid Security,

    Why we need to setup from beginning again (five steps)? I had iThemes Security before (setup was done), after Solid Security update i get welcome screen and setup from zero, why second time setup is needed?

    Hi @marxveix, glad you reached out!

    Updating to the latest version should not reset the onboarding. Here’s a quick demo on a test site. It’s possible that the update process failed and caused the plugin settings to reset.

    Can you please check if you can replicate this issue on another site with Solid Security installed? Do you see any errors on the Solid Security logs and server error logs during the update?
