I created this site on a staging website and set up SolidWP on the staging site. After migrating the staging site to the live one with the proper domain, it seems like SolidWP still thinks it is on the old domain.

Every time I get an email notification about a vulnerability etc, it is always displaying the old temporary domain.

On the dashboard however, it is displaying the correct domain at the top right. How can i change the emails so that is is showing me the correct domain?

Hi @virtuweb, really sorry for the slow turnaround here!

Can you please clarify on whether you’re using the Basic or Pro version of Solid Security?

If it’s the Basic version, kindly ensure that the staging site is completely deactivated from the server and all Solid Security crons are cleared. Having a staging site still up with the plugin running can cause the behavior that you’re experiencing.

If all’s clear with the staging site but the issue persists, try to manually clear the plugin’s cached data by installing a transient clearing plugin like?Transients Manager?and clearing the plugin transients. The Solid Security transients will have “itsec” or “ithemes” instances on their name.

Then, reset the Solid Security scheduler by enabling the Debug menu (How Do I Enable Solid Security Debug?) and clicking the “Reset” button below the Scheduler table.?

Let me know how it goes.
