Solution or Theme for not e-commerce website displaying Products

I know it sound not related to the section but my problem is that I need to create a website based on WordPress that has regular products but they are not for sale online but just for information as the client is not selling to general public so they don’t want to display prices etc.

I really strugle with finding any theme that is not woocommerce and would have product categories and product section in the admin with ability for some product description or features and some photos.

Do I have to go wooCommerce route? It seems like overkilling but if I have to can I disable all e-commerce functionality in woocommerce if that’s the case?
