Somalia Aid group looking for theme

Hello, my name is Yan Digilov, and I am working for HopeforSomalia.com. We are currently starting a campaign to raise funds for the disaster in Somalia and a website is our top priority. We will use it to post videos and images of the refugee camps, gather donations, and link to our partners. Social media integration is also important.

Could someone please point us in the direction of a strong theme or framework, with which we could build our site quickly? We do not have the money to hire a designer or developer and need the site to have a professional look. If someone has the ability to help, it would make a huge impact in the lives of many in desperate need for assistance.
