Some additional spam referrer names for the block list

Just installed your plugin and put the filter in place. Looking forward to hopefully see the cleaned up statistics.
From my untill now manually updated list of spam referrers I have these which you perhaps might want to include in the plugins block list: [Spam moderated, please use pastebin instead]
