Some addresses in shipping zone not calculating

I am having trouble with this calculating the fee for some addresses in the shipping zone. When tested, some addresses work while others do not. I have increased the maximum distance thinking that might be the culprit but does nothing to solve the issue. I have deactivated the plugin and reactivated it with no luck. Google API works.

Also, is there a way to display a message if the shipping address is outside of the shipping zone parameters set by the plugin to say something like, “The address you entered is outside of our delivery area….”
