Some Admin privilages lost after wordpress update

  • Hi,

    I’ve just succesfully updated wordpress from version 3.6 to version 4.2
    But now, I don’t have the permission to install new plugins.

    how to restore this premission?

  • Hi Darroosh,

    Are you receiving server permission errors or user permission errors?

    It’s also worth mentioning that WordPress 4.2 is still in alpha so some features may not work correctly. I would try 4.1

    It’s not server permission
    It’s wordpress user permission.
