Some admin problems

I was trying to edit the permalink from https://www.howtomakebiodieselvideo.com/wordpress-2.8/wordpress/ to
https://www.howtomakebiodieselvideo.com from the admin pannel.Now when trying to connect to the admin I reciev an 404 error.
I don’t know what to do.Can someone please help me to get to the admin panel again?
