Some Android smartphones cannot register

  • Some people using Android smartphones seem to be able to register with WordPress, but get stuck immediately after this step i.e. they can’t seem to register subsequently with Rencontre i.e. they are stuck on the step of entering their date of birth, height, weight, city and country.

    Rencontre puts up a dialog box telling the user they need to complete the registration procedure. This dialog box needs to be dismissed. I am guessing this dialog box MAY cause a problem on Android smartphones. Perhaps it is only old Android smartphones that have a problem with this step. I am trying to find out more details.

    Alternatively the smartphone users may just not be scrolling down the web page and seeing what needs to be filled in. Sorry I just have two messages saying people cannot register with their smartphones, but can with laptops.

    A lot of people have registered with my site. It is just about 5 people that have said they cannot register. This may not be a real bug. Maybe their smartphones have small screens and they are not scrolling down and seeing the SAVE button. They seem to get stuck after registering for WordPress and on the Rencontre registration process. So they get into WordPress but not Rencontre.
