I sold tickets to an event and one purchaser’s tickets are missing. They show up in my Woocommerce orders and in my Eventin purchase report, but they do NOT show up in my list of attendees. So when they clicked on their link to download their ticket they received a blank page and much confusion. Another purchaser of the save event is totally fine.

Please advise on both how I prevent this from happening and how I generate a downloadable ticket for my customer.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

Greetings! Thanks for reaching out to us.

We are extremely sorry that this happened to you. It actually happened without our knowledge. We don’t even know why it’s missing. Maybe your payment gateway didn’t help it reach the attendee list.

Would you please check your Eventin’s version? Because we always try to release a dependent version like if your Free version is 3.3.32 then you have to use the PRO version 3.3.28. Because the codebase is connected with the version to run smoothly.

So if your version is not like mine then please update it first. And you can easily create attendee for any events from here: https://prnt.sc/WeSAGqztUNSy

Then your user will get an email with the ticket after your creation.

    Hope you can understand.

Thanks for being with us. Good day!

    Best Regards

My Eventin plugins are updated. And the problem is not how to manually create the ticket, but how to prevent it from happening again, and also how to know what purchases did not also have tickets created.

    Hi,
We have released a new version of the plugin with a fix. Kindly update the Eventin plugin. You may restore a previous backup if needed. We are working on a process of regenerating the missing ones, but it might take a bit of time to give the update.

    Regards
