Some Authors not displaying

Since as long as I can remember a few randoms authors things dont show up. here are screen shots of the display:none!important code on the ones that dont display and i cant figure out why. the one under is one that works and displays and the code difference. there is nothing in the user that is diff then the others. Can you help me figure this out?
