some bugs

  • When i click on an image, i get the prompI: downloading, creating sizes, still resizing and it pretty much gets stuck there forever. I have a custom wordpress setup but i still get to use all wordpress plugins normally. I’ve looked up your faq on your website and i can attest that there’s no error whatsoever from my end as i ensured that. Noting appears in my media library.

    I really like this plugin and desperately need something like this. Happy to bump the stars to 5 if it gets corrected. Kind regards

    @muhmentz I’ll likely something specific to your setup as there are no other reports of issues with downloading from the past months on the support forums.

    When you click on an image, what response is given in the browser console?
    e.g. https://capture.dropbox.com/CyiJdxgcEz9dugs5

    It should be a 200 and if it’s not something on your server may be blocking the request.

    A couple things:

    1. Can you please inspect the browser console > Network and we can take it from there?
    2. Do you have another site you could test on to see if it’s localized to this site?

    Also, if you were looking for support you should have posted this in the support forums, not the Reviews.
