    HI,

If I go to my site there is a problem with the cart.

Basically, if you add a product to your cart and then try to remove it from your cart, you won’t succeed. The products cannot be removed from the cart. There is always a product.

There is also a second problem with currency. In practice, the price in euros is shown in the mini-cart while the price in dollars is shown among the products.

    What do you recommend?

    Hi @janfrancioni ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you are experiencing issues with removing products from the cart, as well as the currency being displayed in Euros in the mini cart but dollars amongst other products, is this correct?

I have gone to your site, and here is what I see:

    Removing products from cart:

I added 3 products to my cart and then removed these items. The items are removed from the cart page, however 1 item still displays in the Mini cart:

    Product pricing:

I am unable to reproduce this issue as all products seems to be displayed in :

Please could you share screenshots of where you are seeing dollars being displayed on your site.

Snipboard.io can be used for easily sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

As a first step, can you reach out to your host and ask them to make sure that your cart and checkout pages are excluded from being cached. This could be the cause of the mini cart not clearing all cart items.

Should this make no difference, please can you share the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

Once you have these, please share them in your response here.

    Cheers!

    Hi @beautyofcode,

Here you the video of the error: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1lvWYyKg7jJXcSNR8UQ_oAixwv1e2roQ2/view?usp=share_link

Is in italian language so i advice you to translate it with Google Translate or some ai free software. Thanks.

I can not copy system status report and logs here. How to do this?

    Hi @janfrancioni

Thanks for sharing the screencast above.

I checked your site, however, I am not seeing the dollar currency on the Shop page. I am seeing what @beautyofcode shared above, in Euros.

Can you please try to clear your browser’s cache or try another browser or in incognito mode and see if that works?

As for the one product being left in the Mini Cart after removing all products, for us to investigate this further, can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled, add several products to your cart and remove everything and see if all items were removed successfully?

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

If this did not resolve the issue, please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

Let us know how it goes!

    Hi @janfrancioni ,

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if you need any further help with this.

    Cheers!
