  • The “problem” is that the second screenshot is from a screen with a very low tablet-size resolution for which the theme collapses the secondary sidebar, in order to have space left to show the content. If the green button is clicked to the right, the sidebar will be expanded and shown on top.

Imagine the right sidebar shown in screenshot #2 and then how much content area that would be left in the middle.

When you view the page in your web browser, just resize your window’s width and you will see what happens all the way down to 320px ??

UPDATE: I heard back from the person who can’t see the 3rd column.

His screen resolution is 1024×768. He added that when he clicked on the green arrow on the right, the other column did not show up.

I set my screen resolution to 1024×768 and the same problem happens with me. The right column does not show up, and when I click on the green arrow, nothing happens. The 3rd column does not show up.

    How do I fix this?

My guess would be that there is some kind of javascript conflict with one of your plugins, or that one of your widgets somehow breaks it.

Try disabling all plugins and see if it works. If it does, activate them one by one to see which one is causing issues.
