During peak times, some customers are unable to log in to their account. I am unsure if this is a WordPress issue or an Ecwid issue. Most customers can log into their accounts, but for others, they get looped back to the log in page. I have reached out to Ecwid support several times with no response.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello,

First of all, I am very sorry that you and your customers are facing this issue. I see from your support history that you have discussed the situation with my colleagues Sandra and Rendelle. I also see that you have received an email from Pinky, but have not yet responded to it.

At the moment it seems that there is a conflict between the Ecwid plugin and the WordPress environment, as we have not been able to reproduce it in your store outside WordPress. To be sure, we need some additional details from you. Could you please contact us at [email protected]? The details would help us figure out the root of the problem and resolve it faster.

We look forward to hearing back from you.

We were able to fix the issue on your website by enabling the new version of the storefront for your account. Could you please double-check it on your end?
