Some code not hidden

I am fan of your plug in, thanks for your effort, appreciate it.

I encounter some problems when want to integrate with login / membership form, some of the code shown in the page which cause unnecessary layout. When I de-activate this plugin, it works well.

Appreciate your assistance on this matter.
