hello. before i start i’d like to thank you for this awesome plugin.
so basically i made a google sheet that check for the prices of the store im working on. the sheets grab about 99 price data.

now when i use the shortcode to display the sheet on my website, some cells shows “loading” instead of the real value. when i check the google sheet it appears correctly but the plugin sometimes shows “loading” on my webpage.

is there a fix for this ? i guess the plugin is pulling the data rightaway without waiting. if the plugin can open the sheet the wait x seconds before grabbing the data, this issue would be fixed i believe.

when i open the google sheets i see “loading” on some cells for about 1-4 seconds then the real value appears

please let me know if i can do this.

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

I’m not sure that I understand. TablePress itself does not have a feature to load external data, i.e. it’s not the plugin that’s showing that “loading” message.
Can you please post a link to the page with the table where this problem happens, so that I can take a direct look? Thanks!

    Regards,
    Tobias

i used this plugin to refresh the sheet on my website https://tablepress.org/extensions/table-auto-import/

here’s my website’s link. it’s not completed ofc

scroll down to the AirPods 2nd With Charging Case and you will see Loading… while my google sheets does not show that.

    Hi,

ok, thanks for the details! What’s showing in these cells when you go to the “Edit” screen of the table? Does it also show “loading” there? Then, this likely is a problem in Google Sheets, that’s then exporting this data like that.
Can you maybe post a link to the Google Sheet?

    Regards,
    Tobias
