    Hello there @kareneaz,

hope you’re doing good today! ??

Can you please make sure that the associated product in course settings
    https://monosnap.com/file/NBDOhuq2ADMc2HvqAO2yz1IEytYZhJ
    is listed in WooCommerce products
    https://monosnap.com/file/tR13sXYxe4GrSIL1W3wpH9UUhJT4Bu

Have you also tried to completely delete the associated product (also remove from Trash) and try to re-save course settings? This way a new Woo product should be created and assigned.

Let us know how that goes!
    Warm regards,
    Dimitris

Dimitris, thanks for your reply. The products are not visible within WooCommerce, but it does indicate that they are there (11 published). https://take.ms/N2n1a

In researching this problem, I found a post that said they would not be visible if “Redirect WooCommerce product post to a parent course post” was selected in CoursePress settings.

Hey there @kareneaz, thank you for your reply.

We were able to reproduce the issue, this is already tasked for our SLS team to take a look and we will be following up once we have a reply from them.

Thank you! I look forward to your response and resolution. -K

Do the Woocommerce logs (on status page) record an error referring to get_image() at the time you attempted to add to the cart? I am experiencing the same symptoms in WooCommerce using another plugin to add event tickets to the woocommerce cart.

Hi @kareneaz once we have a reply from the devs we’re going to update you here, this should be fixed in the next update of CoursePress.

@bbowers2014 are you getting this issue with CoursePress or is this only with the other plugin? Because if it’s from other plugin you will need to contact the developer directly.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

Thanks Jorge. I look forward to your reply.

I have the same problem with coursepress and woocommerce. Looking forward for the update!

Will this be fixed in the near future? Or can I better start using marketpress?:)

Hi and thanks for the delayed response here.

We have this on our to-do list but we can’t share exact ETA at this moment, but we’re hoping to see it sometime soon.

    Cheers,
    Predrag
