Some CSS Not Working

Some of my custom css (added in theme itself no plugin used) is disabled when I minify using this plugin. The code that is definitely affected are these lines
h4 { font-size: 20px; } h5 { font-weight: bold; }Everything else still seems to be working, any thoughts?
