Some Cssdifficulties

Im having a vexing issue with the 2021 theme. Hopefully i can explain this clearly. Sporadically different parts of the site seem to loose some part of their css styling or more specifically it gets overridden by styles in another style sheet. For example just now the logo and navigation of one of the pages which should be white was some darker color which made it impossible to read. If I inspect the source i can see the style comes from /assets/css/ie.css

When this happens it could be apparent correctly on one page and not on another. And with in the same session it could be correct and the styles in ie.css don’t come into play. Its almost like the style sheets load in different orders so their precedence changes randomly. Ive been creating over rides for them in the custom css and js plugin but i feel like i’ll be chasing this for ever if i don’t get a handle on what the issue is. It may be im just missing something i nmy understanding of how the css should be working here.
